Sonam said the driver of the Uber taxi that he called was unaware of his behaviour towards the passengers. In response to a tweet from writer Priya Mulji, Sonam shared the tragedy in London.
In early January, Sonam Kapoor filed a complaint against British Airways. Sonam has come out in public against the company after losing luggage from British Airways twice.
Sonam responded by saying that he had learned what he needed to learn and would no longer use British Airways for travel.
