Israel has launched new air strike in Gaza

Israel has launched an overnight air raid on a Hamas facility in Gaza after gunfire from the territory targeted its soldiers and damaged a building.

Palestinian security sources affirmed the objective was a Hamas base, saying there were no quick reports of wounds.

Israeli tanks target three Hamas positions after shots from Gaza were a target by Israeli officers and projectiles from a substantial automatic rifle hit a house in the town of Sderot. In this strike, 15 Palestinians, including two ladies and a youngster, were harmed in the strikes.

Palestinian Health Ministry issues statement saying more than a dozen people are injured in strikes, as Israel says it was targeting militants in retaliation for rockets fired from Gaza Strip.

The issue rises up on Monday when 60 Palestinians were killed by Israeli powers. An unknown group calling itself “Martyr Omar Hadid Brigade – Beit al-Maqdis” has recently said in a statement that it is not complying with the Hamas-Israel cease-fire deal and will keep launching rockets against Israel.

Israel and activists in Gaza have battled three wars since 2008.
